Our project aims to improve the efficiency and quality of data collection with spectrometers. With the use of computer- controlled motors and input parameters from the user, this project reduces the time needed to make adjustments for accurate measurements without doing them by hand. For those in the field of spectroscopy, this fulfills a requirement for the accuracy of measurements that can be easily influenced by human error and lack of precision.
