The Modular Home Monitoring System fills the need of a low cost, easy to use, and modular wireless sensor network for home monitoring. The MHMS p rovides Carbon Monoxide, smoke, and humidity detection as well as a live video feed of the users home for their peace of mind. Alerts are sent to the user when anomalies are detected and the user can log into the online web interface to view current sensor readings and the image feed. At any time, the user can choose to customize the setup of sensors in their home according to their need, up to any arbitrary number. This gives the user total control over the coverage of their home.
