Project Description
An electrical and computer engineering project, the wireless solar-powered Qi Charger creates an eco-friendly method, solar energy, toward charging a cellular phone. However, this charger includes a solar panel and lithium-ion battery for power, providing indoor or outdoor use, the perfect combination of a consumer product. This project uses the solar panel as the main power source for charging the mobile device outdoors, while using the lithium-ion battery while indoors. While charging a device, the ATmega328P microcontroller displays the voltage before and during the connection of the device on the Qi charger.
