The smart phone powered laptop has a system composed of two MCU's a Raspberry Pi and an ATMEGA 2560. The Raspberry pi mirrors the android phone screen on the laptop LCD screen via Miracast, which uses Wi-Fi Direct to establish peer to peer communication making the smart phone powered laptop portable since it is not reliant on Wi-Fi or lan connection. On the other hand the ATMEGA 2560 is receiving data from the keyboard and touchpad which is transmitted wirelessly to the android phone via bluetooth technology. The smart phone powered laptop also houses a lithium ion 6 cell battery as a secondary power supply along with a USB charging circuit for charging the android phone. and a LED battery indicator circuit which indicates the battery level at all times.
