Project Summary:
The goal of this project is to create a device that can display stored messages wherever you go. The Electronic Flip Sign is a portable LED Display that can
store up to six messages. Each of these messages are stored to a particular button and can be displayed with a press of the assigned button. These messages
are created using our computer interface that allows the user to enter their desired messages and edit the display features, such as display time, scrolling
text and single line text. Once the user's messages are stored, the sign is ready to be taken anywhere. The Electronic Flip Sign is powered by a rechargeable
battery that can be recharged using a micro USB cable. This device can be used for both communication and entertainment purposes. For example, the Electronic
Flip Sign can be used for sporting events, directing traffic, taxi/Uber and communication between construction works while operating loud machinery. The
portability of this device is the key reason there is a need for our LED sign. Most LED displays on the current market are not battery powered or portable.
That is why the Electronic Flip Sign is made to be a LED display that is not only portable, but also made to easily change the display on the go as well as
other features added to make using the device on the go easier and more efficient than anything on the market today.
